PROFILE

I am a highly skilled leadership coach with substantial experience of developing and changing organisations as well as the people within them. I bring a range of skills which is based on extensive experience of the NHS having worked in it for almost 20 years, latterly as a Chief Executive, before starting my own business in 2003.

I have a variety of executive level clients and work with top teams and Boards to develop their effectiveness. Much of my current work is with Clinical Commissioning Groups and individual GPs. Apart from my NHS experience I bring an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and good experience of the voluntary sector as I am currently chair of BLISS, the premature baby charity. I am qualified to administer 16PF5 and MBTI; I am trained in The Thinking Environment and I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
