| I design and deliver bespoke Leadership Development Programmes with a current focus on emerging Clinical Commissioning Groups. With colleagues from A New Kind of Leadership I run modular 6 month programmes to allow participants time to implement their learning. These can be combined with individual coaching sessions. |

| I design and deliver tailored development programmes and awaydays for Boards and teams. These can also include the use of psychometric profiling to aid team understanding. |

| I am a highly skilled facilitator, used to working with large and small groups across all sectors to achieve consensus on action. |

| Action Learning Sets: |
| I run in-house Action Learning sets-these are a way of creating internal capacity to solve problems. The process involves committing to be a member of a small group who meet together regularly to work on real organisational issues or problems. By sharing their experience and ideas and learning from one another, each individual has the opportunity to formulate practical plans of action that they then commit to implement and report back to the set. |
